I started my career in hospitality 21 years ago as a waiter in a small Belgian café in Chelsea, New York. The combination of hard work, fast pace and interaction with people proved a perfect match for my hardworking nature.
As the years progressed and I climbed up the industry ladder, attention to detail and crisis management became my professional trademarks.
Over the course of my career, I have managed the daily operations of up to 12 F&B venues with a combined revenue of $22M and a team of 20+ managerial and 100+ FOH and BOH staff.
No days are alike in this industry and in my position, most of the calls I receive are about solving an urgent issue. Thanks to the systems I have created and my deep knowledge of F&B operations, my clients can always rely on me to solve any problem.
